CHECHNYAChechnya’s  Supreme Court has sentenced Osman Khaniyev and Rizvan Isakov to 14 years and 12.5 years respectively at hard labor on a variety of charges, including participation in an illegal armed group, attacks on policemen, the illegal acquisition and use of arms, ammunition, and explosive devices, and explosives.
